The purpose of this questionnaire is to help me understand you as a writer: your style, your methods, your background, your concerns, your goals. The answers you provide will give me valuable insight into and context for the project as well as allow me to provide feedback tailored to your needs. It’s lengthy, and some of the questions may be redundant, but if you could answer as many as you can, even if it’s information you’ve already given me in the course of our correspondence, I would greatly appreciate it.
